Name That Library

Difficulty: Advanced
Part of the SummerGame2014 Game

An anagram is a rearrangement of the letters of a word to make a new word. For example, "Points-o-matic" can be anagramed to "Omit to Panic". What's even cooler is that there is an AADL library branch whose name can be rearranged to "A Word Trove". The first half of this library's name is also the name of a creek and a road in that part of town. All of that stuff is named after an Ann Arbor settler who once ran a grist mill on that creek (and owned the “wood”). Find a book in the catalog whose title mentions that man's first name twice.
