Part of the SummerGame2014 Game

In the thirties Blues, Jazz and other genres we explored in the 1920s continued on, but they were sometimes adapted into - and sometimes joined by - other new sounds, too. Let's start out with a transition from the Blues to Gospel. In the early 30s, a Blues pianist wrote the song "Take My Hand Precious Lord" and eventually was dubbed The Father of Gospel Music. Hunt down a CD by a mystical guitarist who plays a song written by this very same forefather.
