Part of the SummerGame2016 Game

The engineers and scientists working on NASA’s Juno mission have been busy this week getting their newly arrived Jupiter orbiter ready for operations by powering up the science equipment. Juno's principal goal is to understand the origin and evolution of Jupiter. But what do you already know about this gas giant? It’s orange with white bands and a big red spot. And it’s 483,800,000 miles from the sun. And a Jupiter year lasts 12 Earth years, right? A color camera, called the JunoCam, is also aboard the Juno spacecraft and has already sent back the first image of Jupiter and 3 of its moons. You’ll find your first code by searching for the number of moons that jupiter is known to have.
